Client Policies & Procedures

APPOINTMENTS:
-By appointments only
-Appointments must be made for anyone under 18 by a parent or guardian, parent or guardian has to be present in the room during the treatment 
-If you
 are a new client please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork 
-Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next client will not be delayed , and you will be charged for the full appointment , if we are unable to take you at the time you arrive , you will be charged for 50% of the service you missed.

PREPARATIONS FOR YOUR FACIAL SERVICE:
Stop using active acids or Retinol , Vitamin A products 3-5 days prior 
- No Botulinum toxin injections 2 weeks prior
- No Collagen Fillers 2 weeks prior 
- No Laser Hair Removal on treated area 2 weeks prior or after 
- Having an active cold sore or open lesion on the skin is not recommended for a facial 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Your treatments are reserved especially for you . I value your business and ask you to respect our scheduling policies . Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify me at least 24 hours in advance .
- Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amount to 50% of your scheduled service .
- Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notifications will be charged “no show “fee - 100% of their service amount .
- If you are sick or there is an emergency please notify me as soon as possible to avoid “ no show “ fee
.

-If there are 2 consecutive cancellations/reschedules, we will require prepayment before your next service

- Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE :
- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive .
